Product Information

All jewelry designs are handcrafted and finished - most items are one of a kind and therefore not available in multiples (but I'm happy to do custom orders if you do want something for a special event or occasion). Some variations may exist as with any handmade item, especially jewelry items that are made of natural materials (and most are). Though some pieces may share similar gemstones or design elements, there are no two that are alike.

All silver pieces are sterling silver, fine silver, or surgical steel. All gold pieces are gold plated or gold filled. If you have any questions about the materials used, please email.

To keep these pieces in prime condition, they will need care and consideration – sealing them in a box or plastic bag to reduce tarnishing is the best way to seal them. Having a polishing cloth is also very nice for keeping silver shiny. Remember to remove jewelry before playing in any chemicals or having a prolonged bubble bath.

Gift items are also handcrafted, will have some variations, and be completely unique as well.

Packaging & Gift Wrapping

All orders are packed with the minimum amount of packaging material to make sure your order arrives in the best condition while also being earth-friendly. Most packing materials are either recycled or biodegradable.

All orders are provided with standard (read: very nice) gift wrapping. If you would like additional or custom gift wrapping, please indicate your preference for color or specific design with your order in the comments section - or just contact me and we'll figure out the best option. I’ll let you know if additional charges may apply for extra gift wrapping.

Shipping & Delivery

All items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. This option was chosen because of the cost benefits to the customer and for the environmental benefits - the post office delivers to most everyone everyday anyway, right? If you need faster shipping, please send an email and we’ll ship it to you faster for an additional fee. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, an A.P.O. or F.P.O. address or U.S. territories.

Purchases for products in stock will be shipped within 48-72 hours (2-3 days) of receipt of payment. Custom orders will be shipped as completed and will be confirmed via email as the design request is processed.

Local residents: if you live within a 10-20 mile radius, I will usually provide free drop off service! Leave a comment in your shipping area when you checkout and we'll work it out. Too easy!

Payments (The Dough)

Feeling Gifted accepts all kinds of payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Everything is super secure through our SSL links and payment process.

If you order something in person at one of the gatherings or individually, cash and personal checks are also gladly accepted. No fingerprinting necessary.

All orders shipped within the beautiful state of California will be charged tax upon checkout. All you other states are beautiful, too, just not taxing enough! Heh. Ha. Hhemm.

Return & Repair Policy

Not what you like, eh? I really want to make sure you like what you get, so I will gladly take returns within 10 days of the delivery of your item if you are unhappy with your purchase. Send me an email to let me know that the items are on their way back and I will process a refund (excluding shipping costs) upon receipt of the item.

All items are created with the utmost care and consideration for safety and longevity, but there are some instances where a piece can get broken or run over by a tractor (true story). If you need a piece repaired, please send me an email to let me know it is on the way; I’ll assess the damage and let you know if there will be any charge. All of this will also exclude any shipping and handling costs.

Custom Orders & Gift Certificates

I’ve had a blast designing jewelry pieces and all sorts of wonderful gift packages for fellow gifted folks – it’s really great to be involved in something so special. If you are interested in custom designs, email me to get started. There is a 50% deposit to get started on the project and the remainder will be due upon completion (but before shipment).

Most pieces can be length adjusted upon request. Everything is one of a kind, but if you find something that really floats your boat, I can do a similar re-creation. Changing colors and such is also fun, so just let me know what you are thinking and we can work it out.

Gift certificates are available in various denominations. Look under Gifts and add the appropriate certificate to your cart and I'll send your gifted one either a print gift certificate in a nifty package ~or~ an online gift card via email. Please make sure to specify in the checkout process a few things so we can make sure all goes well with your gift: name of the gifted one, mailing address (if via print certificate), email address (if via email certificate), the occasion, and any greeting or sentiment you would like included.

Communications & Newsletters

We all get so much email that isn’t for real these days, but I do have sales and special promotions that you may want to know about every once in a while. So, if you would like to be in on the news, either send me an email or sign up for the newsletter when you create an account.

I promise I will never share your email or sell it or any nasty thing like that. Remember to add my email address to your address book so that notices don’t get lost in the sauce of your spam filter. Right on!

Privacy Policy (shhh…)

The only reason your information is used is to process your purchase. If you create an account and sign up for the newsletter, you’ll get the goods on special promos. If you don’t want the notices anymore, all you have to do is send an email or sign into your account.

We will NOT sell, rent, give away, share, whisper, or yell your information to anyone. No way.

Your secured purchase made online is covered through our secure online payment solution (through PayPal) and is only used to process and authorize your purchase. No financial information is stored for any other purpose.
